  • How do I report a street light out?
    Please have the nearest address and 6 digit number on the street pole and either call Centerpoint at 713-945-4636 or log-on to Centerpoint website
  • Why must I get the Association's permission for home improvement?
    Before making any exterior improvements/modifications (including roof work and painting) to your home, you must submit the signed Exterior Improvement Application to the Hayden Lakes Architectural Committee for review. The application will be returned to you either approved or denied within 30 days of receiving all required information.  If approved, work may commence immediately. If not approved, work may not commence, but you can request a hearing before the committee to explore different options concerning your improvement project.
  • Why must I pay Association Fees and what do they cover?
    All owners are required to pay Association Fees by the governing documents of their Association.  The fees are due annually, usually January 1st of each year.  They are used to provide services for the benefit of all owners. 
  • Where can I pay HOA assessments?
    The HOA assessments are due January 1st of each year, and can be paid on-line at no cost by e-check or by credit card with the bank convenience fee. You will need the information on your assessment statement to process the payment. You can log onto www.sterlingasi.net to check status of payment, link your bank account and respond to deed restriction violations. Look for account number and password for login which was included with your annual statement. .

  • What is a "managing agent" and what is their authority
    The managing agent is a company that is engaged by the Board of Directors to provide guidance to the Board, and to implement the Board's decisions or instructions.  Sterling ASI's sole business is serving Associations as Managing Agent.  A managing agent has no authority except as conferred by the Board of Directors.  A managing agent does not make decisions; it implements the decisions of the Board.

  • How do I obtain a pool key if I missed registration?
    Pool Registration

    April 21st 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
    May 5th 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
     
    If you miss any of these dates:
    * Any pool forms received after May 31st will be subject to a processing fee of $10 *
    You can email, fax your form for the pool card to be mailed or pick-up a pool card at Sterling's office, located at 6842 N Sam Houston Pkwy West.
